Change LAMP Server IP Address

For ubuntu 13.4

File to change ::

1.  /etc/hosts
2. /etc/mysql/my.cnf
    bind-address            = 131.107.2.222

3. restart apache2
    service apache2 restart

For solving this problem find any reference to this is in the interfaces file, if there anywhere else that this IP address will be specified and will also require updating or would interfaces be the only location?
